Medicinal Cannabis Education
The National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM), the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and NICM Health Research Institute, Western Sydney University (NICM) are three of Australia’s eminent institutions which share a vision to educate practitioners and the public about integrative and complementary medicine, including nutritional and environmental medicine.
NIIM, ACNEM and NICM have partnered to provide practitioner training and resources, and public information events on medicinal cannabis, in response to growing consumer demand for medicinal cannabis, changing political landscape and regulations around access and the pressing need for doctors and allied health practitioners to be informed about medicinal cannabis.
NIIM is a not-for-profit organisation and Australia’s leading Integrative Medicine institute providing clinical services, research and education in Integrative Medicine. NIIM Melbourne is Australia’s largest Integrative Medicine clinic, with branches in Sydney, Gold Coast and soon, other states.
ACNEM is a non-profit medical college established in 1982, offering postgraduate training and education for doctors and other graduate healthcare professionals.
NICM is one of the world’s largest complementary and integrative medicine research concentrations and Australia’s leader in integrative medicine research and policy.
